Cookie Policy
The Short Version
Stretched uses only the browser storage that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your settings. There is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
What We Store
- Session data — kept in your browser's local storage by our authentication provider (Firebase) so you stay signed in between visits
- Preferences — small local values such as your theme, so the site looks right before your account data loads
Strictly speaking, most of this lives in local storage rather than cookies — the policy covers both, because what matters is the same: it exists only to make the service work for you.
What We Never Use
- No advertising cookies
- No third-party analytics cookies
- No cross-site or social-media tracking cookies
Managing Storage
You can clear this storage at any time through your browser's site-data settings. The only effect is that you will be signed out and local preferences reset — nothing you saved to your account is lost. More on how we handle account data: Privacy Statement.
Changes & Contact
If we ever introduce a category of storage beyond the essentials, this policy will change first and you will be asked before it is used. Questions: privacy@stretched.app.
