Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stretched service — the website, the mobile apps, and your account. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Your license to the software itself is covered separately by the End User License Agreement; where the two overlap, the EULA governs the software license and these terms govern the service.

Stretched translates prices into time — what things cost measured in hours of your life, based on the numbers you provide. It is an educational and perspective tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and its output should not be the basis for financial decisions. See our Disclosures for the full statement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. One thing deserves emphasis: if you enable encryption for your answers, your data is protected with a password only you hold. We cannot read it, and we cannot recover it if you lose that password.

Basic features are 100% free and do not require a payment method. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access through the period you already paid for. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure
• Access another person's account or data without authorization
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content without permission
• Misrepresent output of the service as professional financial advice

The answers, entries, and numbers you put into Stretched remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service — storing your data, syncing it across your devices, and rendering it back to you. We claim no other rights to it, and we do not sell it.

We improve the service continuously and may add, change, or retire features. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where we retire a paid feature you actively use, we will tell you before it affects you.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Deleting your account deletes your data as described in the Privacy Statement.

When these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
