Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The Policy
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or any other privacy law. Not in California, not anywhere, and we never have.
No Opt-Out Needed
Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of — every user is already in the state an opt-out would put them in. We run no advertising trackers, so browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are honored by default. The only companies that touch your data are the service providers who run our infrastructure, listed in the Privacy Statement, and they may not use it for their own purposes.
Your California Rights
California residents can ask us what personal information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and receive a copy of it — the same rights we extend to everyone. Email privacy@stretched.app from the address on your account (that is how we verify it is you, without collecting anything extra). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We respond within 45 days and never treat you differently for asking.
If This Ever Changes
If our practices ever changed — we have no plans for that — this page and the Privacy Statement would be updated first, you would be notified, and a real opt-out mechanism would ship before any sale or sharing began. Until then, this page is the policy.
