End User License Agreement

By accessing or using Stretched, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stretched solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the application.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application

You retain ownership of any data you enter into Stretched. We process your data only as described in our Privacy Statement. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data you provide and for maintaining appropriate backups.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete any copies in your possession.

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
