Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Short Version
Basic features are 100% free, forever, with no payment method required. Paid plans bill monthly; cancel any time and you keep access through the period you already paid for. We think a policy about money should be readable in under a minute — this one is.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account page at any time — no email required, no retention flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: no further charges, and your paid features stay active until that date. After that, your account simply continues on the free plan; nothing you saved is deleted.
Refunds
- Billing mistakes — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or any billing error are refunded in full, immediately
- Something broke — if a paid feature was materially unavailable during a period you paid for, contact us and we will make it right
- Changed your mind — monthly periods already started are not prorated, but if a charge landed within the last 7 days and you haven't meaningfully used the paid features, ask — we would rather refund than argue
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded through those stores' own processes, as required by their terms.
When This Applies
Paid plans are rolling out now; this policy applies from the first charge we ever make. Nothing in it limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of where you live — where local law is more generous, local law wins.
